ROAD TRAINING SCHEDULE
Our road running section is made up of several welcoming groups, each designed to support runners of varying abilities and goals. These groups are broadly organised by 10km pace, helping members train effectively while enjoying the camaraderie of others at a similar level. We understand that fitness and training needs evolve, so runners are encouraged to move between groups as they progress or adjust their routines. Whether you’re building confidence, chasing a PB, or simply enjoying the run, there’s a place for you here. Green Group – sub 35 minutes for a 10km – Group Leaders Ben Butler
White Group – 35 – 45 minutes for a 10km – Group Leaders Thomas Sellers, Daz Hewitt
Yellow Group – 45 – 60 minutes for 10km – Group Leaders Laura Sellers
