RACE REPORT:

The 2025 edition of the junior Christmas Handicap was run on the traditional one lap circuit of the perimeter of Thornes Park.

First back of the 16 athletes to make the start line was Tommy Hastings, in a new course record of 10:10 seconds, he was closely followed by Bella Tutt in 2nd place in a ladies course record of 10:40 seconds. Sydney Swan (3rd) and Dan Jones (4th) both had strong runs in 10:48 & 10:58 respectively.
